Customer's reviews
Awesome Job Smiley!!! We've worked with many contractors over the last 30 years and TLC Painting & Renovations is by far the BEST. We are incredibly grateful to them for their flawless work on our rental home. Renovating an old house requires a rare level of skill, and their attention to detail was unmatched. Old houses hide many surprises behind the walls. Their team handled our outdated wiring, uneven floors, and old plumbing with incredible skill. If you want a contractor who treats your home like a work of art and leaves no stone unturned, hire them. Communication was clear from start to finish and the job site was always cleaned. We are thrilled with our newly remodeled home and strongly recommend them to anyone.

TLC Painting & Renovations and SMILEY are amazing! Even to this day, if we need him to take a look at something that comes up, Smiley is responsive and available to take care of whatever is needed. During the entire process Smiley was top notch working on our townhouse. From the detailed proposal, responsiveness to questions, project completed on time and on budget! It was a breath of fresh air and a complete pleasure to work with this company and team in Tallahassee. Even our neighbors would complement Smiley and his team to us. We will continue to use them for any future jobs we have in Tallahassee. We wish they were closer to us in S. FL because it's not common to find the work quality and professionalism TLC and Smiley have down here.

TLC Painting completed pressure washing, wood rot repair, and exterior painting on our 1930s Midtown home. Smiley and his team did incredible work -- they went above and beyond each and every step of the way. Smiley's attention to detail and expertise was unlike that of any other contractor I've worked with. He and his team handled every step of the job with precision, confidence, and care. Our 88 year old home looks brand new! Neighbors are stopping to comment!! And I'm resting easy knowing that our home not only has increased curb appeal but also will withstand the elements for another 88 years. I cannot recommend TLC Painting more highly, and I look forward to working with Smiley and his team again soon!
